There will always be a mountain of data to collect and store to satisfy myriad regulatory requirements but any half reasonable company should capture and analyse much of this as par for the course. The trick is knowing the best way to go about it, and Natalie has a knack of out-performing everyone else we’ve come across when it comes to defining and delivering the processes that steer our industry.

Plucked out of a pretty intense management position at James Hay, Natalie has a very clear vision of what management information should empower us with, and provides the perfect interface between compliance, sales, admin and management, whilst deftly juggling the sometimes less than perfectly aligned requirements of the FSA, advisers and clients.

Natalie’s natural grasp of what needs to be logged, monitored and stored is matched only by her tenacious ability to see that the appropriate action is taken off the back of it. making the mountain of information meaningful.
