In founding PSG, John created his perfect vehicle to satisfy a career-long compulsion to provide pension products that are solutions, truly tailored to the individual. What he came up with is as far as possible from churning out off-the-shelf-products in line with how a person fits into, at best insultingly simplified, at worst, utterly inappropriate criteria.

John has designed and developed innovative, uncompromising product-based solutions for over thirty years and has consistently come through repeated evolutions in legislation with accomplished flair. He understands that if, more likely when, the goal posts shift, he must be ready to react with the smart moves that give your clients an advantage on the ever-changing pension playing field.

John has earned huge respect in an impressive network of enviable contacts, due in no small part to his integrity and honest desire to form lasting, mutual relationships; not to mention his scary ability to survive on next to no sleep and still maintain fever pitch levels of enthusiasm when you’d forgive him for being an old cynic.
